I have to relocate my 65g tank Monday (12/31) and need some buckets with lids to relocate livestock. If anyone in the Stirling area 07980 (near Ocean Gallery) has some buckets I can borrow, please let me know.
Fill it each time. Water conditions and clarity can change from day to day. The C1 is used to set the baseline reading to compare the C2 reading with the reagent.
Here is my manifold on the 65.
It is 1" T's all connected together with 3/4" reducers to the 3/4" valves. I installed 1/2" threaded bushings in the valves so I can use barbed fittings or quick connect for BRS style reactors.
I mounted it to the back of my stand to run the SCWD.

I joined the booster pump club last night! And on top of that, I added another 75GPD membrane and I can not believe the output on this thing now! The product water comes out almost as fast as the waste water. :D

When I did my sumps, I held the baffles in place with tape and then I put a small 1/8" wide x 1" long area of silicone on the two sides and bottom of the baffles. I let that cure and then removed the tape. The silicone helded the baffles in place and gave me unrestricted freedom to silicone...
I built two sumps out of 20L's for my 40B and 65. I used aquarium silicone from my LFS. Do not use a silicone with a mold inhibitor!
Used 1/4" glass for the baffles and did 3 sections:
Im using an eshopps sponge for a bubble trap before the return section. It fits the width of the 20L just...
I'm looking for a 150G stock tank, if you have one I can borrow for a few weeks. If you have one your looking to sell, that would be good too, let me know how much.
It is the same problem all guys have with cold water, shrinkage. The membrane contracts at colder temperatures and the smaller pores restrict the flow through the membrane. Water production is greatly reduced in the winter months when the source water is colder.
I snapped a few pics myself, but my computer is at the house and the mouse and keyboard are still at the apartment. Not sure how that happened, I should fire the guy that packed the computer!
As others have stated, it was a good time had by all!!!
Yea, at the time I didnt have the tools to really troubleshoot it. If he brings it over I have multimeter, LED tester, soldering iron, wire, and beer. ;)
