Fill it each time. Water conditions and clarity can change from day to day. The C1 is used to set the baseline reading to compare the C2 reading with the reagent.

That is terrible news, especially after all you have been through with the tanks. Any idea what might have caused it?

I joined the booster pump club last night! And on top of that, I added another 75GPD membrane and I can not believe the output on this thing now! The product water comes out almost as fast as the waste water. :D To anyone considering getting a booster pump, don't think, just do it!

It is the same problem all guys have with cold water, shrinkage. The membrane contracts at colder temperatures and the smaller pores restrict the flow through the membrane. Water production is greatly reduced in the winter months when the source water is colder.

Yea, at the time I didnt have the tools to really troubleshoot it. If he brings it over I have multimeter, LED tester, soldering iron, wire, and beer. ;)
