Yep! When I drill, I put the clutch on the lowest setting. As you get deeper into the glass, sometimes when you stop to flush, as you get restarted the bit will bite and stop. This is where the clutch comes in handy, no cracked glass!
How thick is the glass, and how long did it take to drill? It took, what seemed like forever (and two batteries in the cordless drill), to drill 3 holes in my 3/8" glass.

I love my BioCube! It's only 8 gallons but I love that little tank. There are some mods to do if it's a stock tank.
First thing to do is toss the BioBalls. InTank media rack is a popular item but you can get by without it. Skimmer depends on what you want to keep in the tank.

And remove any you see manually with an eye dropper or turkey baster. Check the tank at night with a flashlight. Also check your frag for eggs, dips will not kill any eggs and if they hatch you will have even more of them little buggers to deal with.
