I wouldn't use anything else. The first time I saw Marco rock in person, I went home placed and order and prepared to completely change over my 180. You DEFINITELY have to cycle it first and it STINKS! We cycled it in a stock tank for a few weeks. It was well worth the effort. The rock is amazing.
